National Senior Games Week - March 18-24, 2024

A new awareness initiative launching in 2024...

Save the Date: National Senior Games Week - March 18-24, 2024

Save the date for the first-ever National Senior Games Week, to be held March 18-24, 2024. This initiative is designed to promote awareness of local, state and national Senior Games events and how they benefit participants and communities.

We’re excited to build a groundswell of Senior Games organizations, athletes, government leaders and others recognizing the impact of Senior Games during this week!

The NSGA is creating a toolkit with sample items you can use to promote National Senior Games Week in your community, including a proclamation, social media graphics, key messages and more. The toolkit will be distributed in January 2024.

Welcome to the NH Senior Games

Congratulations to all 2023 New Hampshire Senior Games athletes!

Dear NHSG Athletes, Friends and Supporters,

Thank you for participating in the 2023 New Hampshire Senior Games!

This year was our 36th year of the New Hampshire Senior Games, and our mission continues to be to promote healthy sports competition and social interactions for active, older adults in New Hampshire and across the Northeast. Our 2024 state games next year will be the qualifier for the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines, IA sometime in July or August of that year, dates to be announced in January!

We will be offering all the same sports and possibly one or two new ones. Disc Golf is not an official national sport, so compete in our tournament to qualify for nationals. Power Lifting is not a national sport and we're considering adding that sport.

We also want to thank our sponsors for their unfailing support of active, older adults.
